Baix Maestrat Impulsa (BMI), a business association dedicated to promoting the economic and social development of the territory through cooperation between businesses, institutions and socioeconomic agents, has carried out a series of meetings with the Fishermen's Guilds of Vinaròs, Benicarló and Peníscola.
The main objective of these meetings was to learn firsthand about the current situation of the fishing sector in the Baix Maestrat area. Through these meetings, BMI has been able to better understand the circumstances in which the three fishermen's guilds of the region operate.
During the meetings, the main needs of the fishing sector were addressed, as well as the challenges it faces to ensure its continuity and future. BMI's intention is to be able to offer support and collaboration to help the sector overcome these obstacles.
This initiative is part of Baix Maestrat Impulsa's mission to work for the promotion of the economic and social development of the territory, seeking cooperation between the different agents of the socioeconomic fabric of the area.
