More than 11,000 vacancies available for the second phase of access to higher education

There are 11,113 vacancies in Portuguese public higher education available for the second phase of the national access competition. Applications are open until September 20.

The competition is aimed at students who wish to enter public higher education in Portugal. Both students who were not placed in the first phase and those who wish to change course or institution can apply.

The available vacancies represent an opportunity for students who did not secure placement in the first phase of the higher education access competition.

The Ministry of Education is responsible for organizing and publishing these vacancies, ensuring that the process takes place transparently for all interested candidates.
