Fire in Alcácer do Sal mobilizes 31 operatives

A fire broke out in Alcácer do Sal, with the alert received at 5:42 in the morning. The fire originated at a pellets company.

The firefighting operation mobilized 31 operatives, including firefighters from various corporations in the region. Firefighters from Alcácer, Torrão, Grândola and Sines were dispatched to the fire scene.

The operation also had the support of GNR military personnel, who assisted in the field operations.
