The operation is mostly executed by police officers assigned to the PSP's Proximity and Victim Support Teams. These teams are responsible for establishing direct contact with the community and identifying vulnerable citizens.
The main objective of this initiative is to protect the elderly population, preventing situations of isolation, neglect, or abuse. The PSP acts proactively with the elderly, seeking to ensure their well-being and safety.
