The Sintra Music Conservatory is offering free Theatre classes in September, with two new courses aimed at children and young people aged 6 to 15. The new offer includes the Theatre and Dramatic Games Workshop, directed at children aged 6 to 11, and the Free Theatre Course, intended for young people between 12 and 15.
The first classes will be open and free, allowing interested parties to try the activities before formalizing enrollment. The experimental classes of the Theatre Workshop will take place on September 11 and 18, while the Free Theatre Course will have open sessions on September 7, 8, 14 and 15.
The courses aim to promote the development of communication, creativity and confidence through theatrical practice. Throughout the sessions, theatrical games, improvisation exercises and moments of collective creation will be carried out, through which participants will be able to develop skills such as self-esteem and the ability to work in groups.
