UA opens debate about the use of "offshore" aquifers

The University of Algarve (UA) will promote a debate about the use of "offshore" aquifers, within the scope of the 27th edition of the "GeoConversas about..." initiative. The event starts tomorrow, at 10:30 am, and will take place in the auditorium of the Department of Geosciences. This edition of the initiative aims to debate issues related to the exploration of underground water resources located in maritime zones. The Department of Geosciences is responsible for organizing this meeting that addresses a theme of growing relevance in the context of water resource management.

Coimbra Space Summer School culminates in Pampilhosa da Serra

The 12th edition of the Coimbra Space Summer School takes place from September 2 to 4, in Coimbra, and ends in Pampilhosa da Serra, promoted by the Instituto Pedro Nunes within the European Space Agency incubator (ESA BIC Centro).
