Party leader André Ventura considered that the case involving Luís Neves has reached all limits. Ventura pointed out the main issues as the failure to submit the income and assets declaration by the minister for several years.
The government official is also pointed out as responsible for the improper use of vehicles, in a context of suspicion about his conduct in the exercise of public functions.
Additionally, the party leader referred to alleged links between Luís Neves and the disappearance of weapons from the Judicial Police, suggesting possible serious irregularities in his actions.
These accusations were made publicly by André Ventura, who uses the case to exert political pressure on the executive and the minister in question.
