The Chega party decided on Tuesday about a censure motion against the government. The decision was made while awaiting clarifications from the Minister of Internal Administration, Luís Neves.
The Chega leader, André Ventura, had threatened to proceed with the censure motion if the Prime Minister, Luís Montenegro, did not remove Luís Neves from the position.
The "final decision" on the censure motion was scheduled to be taken on Tuesday, precisely on the day when the minister would provide clarifications about the situation.
