On September 3rd, between 2pm and 5pm, more than 200 students from the Catholic University of Portugal will participate in a volunteering action. The students belong to five undergraduate programs at the Faculty of Human Sciences and will carry out the activity together with faculty members.
The action consists of a cleanup of Praia da Mata, located in Costa da Caparica. This initiative is part of the welcome activities for new students at the university.
The event aims to integrate newly arrived students at the university, providing them with a community service experience right at the beginning of their academic journey.
