Chega asks the Azores Government to lower tax on petroleum products

Chega/Açores demanded today that the Regional Government of the Azores, formed by PSD/CDS-PP/PPM, complies with a recommendation from the Legislative Assembly and reduces the Tax on Petroleum and Energy Products (ISP). The party considers that this measure is necessary to ease the budget of families and businesses in the region.

According to the party, given the new fuel increases that take effect starting Tuesday, it is unacceptable that the regional executive does not take measures to mitigate the impact of these increases on Azoreans.
