The article explains why pillows turn yellow over time, even with constant care. According to the text, the main cause is the skin's natural oils, which pass through the pillowcase fabric. Other contributing factors include nighttime sweating, the use of cosmetics such as moisturizers and hair products applied shortly before sleeping, sleeping with wet hair, and poor ventilation in the environment.
