Lourdes Melo transferred to hospital, but remains in ICU with no discharge forecast

Lourdes Melo, candidate for Governor of Piauí, was transferred to another hospital after suffering a hemorrhagic stroke. She became ill last Friday, the 28th, and received emergency medical attention.

After the transfer, Lourdes Melo remains in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). There is currently no forecast for hospital discharge for the candidate.

The doctors reported that there is currently no indication for surgical intervention for Lourdes Melo. The candidate's clinical condition continues to be monitored by the responsible medical team.
