The collection includes the defense hearings of Técio Lins e Silva and Sobral Pinto, both lawyers known for their work during the military regime. The material also contains the trial of Tarso Genro, who at the time was a student in Santa Maria, in Rio Grande do Sul.
Tarso Genro was brought to trial for creating an academic center during the dictatorship.
