EN255 reopened to traffic between Portel and Reguengos de Monsaraz after motorcycle accident

The National Road 255 (EN255) was reopened to traffic between Portel and Reguengos de Monsaraz, in the district of Évora, after being closed for several hours due to a motorcycle accident at kilometre 67.7, between Amieira and São Marcos do Campo. The accident caused one seriously injured person, who was airlifted. The alert was given at 17:17 and 23 operatives remained at the scene supported by seven vehicles and an INEM helicopter, from the Volunteer Firefighters and the GNR.
