Montenegro spoke at PSD's summer university, but said nothing about Chega's motion of no confidence

Prime Minister Luís Montenegro gave a speech at the PSD's summer university, the party he leads. Montenegro did not address in his speech the motion of no confidence presented by Chega, a far-right party. The prime minister took the opportunity to talk only about the topics he considered relevant. The event took place without Montenegro making any statement about the motion of no confidence that is being discussed in parliament.
