New report reignites hope to connect Cabanas de Tavira to the island

A new report has reignited the hope of connecting Cabanas de Tavira to the island via a bridge. The Municipality of Tavira revealed that it will meet with the Portuguese Environment Agency in September to discuss the possible construction of this infrastructure. The municipality intends to move forward with the project, which has been an old demand of the local population.
