At the closing of the PSD Summer University in Bragança, Montenegro announced measures in the area of Education and the University. The event took place without references to specific cases or situations that could have been in the spotlight.
The prime minister insisted on the need not to postpone reforms, stating that it is easier to leave everything as it is. He defended that the Portuguese understood well the objectives of the implemented changes, namely in the grading of national exams.
