At the closing of the PSD Summer University, the Prime Minister announced measures in the area of Education, including the creation of a new university in Bragança. Montenegro emphasized the need to move forward with reforms, stating that it is easier to leave everything as it is, but that these changes should not be postponed.
The Prime Minister defended that the Portuguese understood well the objectives of the changes in the correction of national exams. This position comes at a time when the government has been implementing various reforms in the Portuguese education system.
The PSD Summer University event marks the closing of a cycle of political discussions and reflections held during the summer, where various themes related to the country's future and the government's priorities were addressed.
