A 48-year-old man died following a collision on EN2, a national road that crosses the Alentejo region. The motorcyclist was transported on Saturday in serious condition to Beja hospital, where he ultimately died.
The collision also caused minor injuries to a 46-year-old woman, who was also involved in the accident. The authorities did not specify the exact circumstances of the collision nor identify the fatal victim.
