A tractor rollover occurred in Vilas Boas, resulting in one seriously injured person. The alert was given at 6:16 PM, and the Volunteer Firefighters from Vidago were mobilized to the scene.
The Emergency Medical and Resuscitation Vehicle (VMER) from INEM stationed in Chaves also participated in the rescue operation. Bruno Henriques, commander of the fire corporation, confirmed the information about the victim's serious injuries.
After being assisted at the scene, the man was transported by the firefighters to São Pedro Hospital in Vila Real. The operation involved nine members of the Volunteer Firefighters of Vidago, supported by three vehicles.
The National Republican Guard was also present at the scene, having monitored the incident and taken charge of the situation.
