The Vivalto Santé group announced the reinforcement of its European cooperation through the creation of a new strategic structure covering seven countries. This new structure represents a significant step in the integration and coordination of the group's operations at European level, bringing together different geographies under a unified management approach.
The new body integrates the executive leadership of the Vivalto Santé group, as well as the operational managers of each of the geographies where the group is present. This configuration allows for closer coordination between central strategy and local implementation, enhancing knowledge sharing and best practices across different markets.
Portugal is represented in this structure by Vasco Antunes Pereira, who holds the positions of Chairman of the Board and CEO of Lusíadas Saúde. The inclusion of Portugal in this new body reflects the importance of the Portuguese market in the Vivalto Santé group's European strategy.
The creation of this structure comes in the context of reinforcing the group's European cooperation, demonstrating a commitment to cross-border collaboration and the building of a more cohesive European identity among the group's different health operations.
