A 53-year-old man suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest this morning in Quinta Grande, in Câmara de Lobos.
The Voluntary Firefighters of Câmara de Lobos and the Rapid Intervention Medical Team, known by the acronym EMIR, were dispatched to the location and immediately initiated resuscitation maneuvers.
The emergency services managed to reverse the victim's condition, restoring his vital functions.
After stabilization, the man was transported to the hospital for additional medical care.
