The Barralife Medical Center promotes this Thursday (17), at 6pm, the free lecture "Parents' conduct in emergencies with their children", which aims to guide parents and guardians on how to act in the first minutes of rescue for children who feel unwell or suffer accidents. According to the article, the measures taken in this initial period can make the difference between life and death.
The event takes place at the Study Center of Barralife Medical Center, a space created to promote meetings, lectures and debates aimed at health sector professionals and the general population.
The lecture will be conducted by pediatrician Jesuino Ramos Filho, specialist in pediatrics and pediatric intensive care and professor at the Faculty of Medicine Iguaçu. He is the author of the book "Manual of pediatric emergencies", which reinforces his qualification to address the topic of emergencies with children.
