The Institute for Employment and Vocational Training opened applications for Learning+ courses aimed at young people up to 29 years old who have completed 12th grade. The training takes place in Faro, Loulé, and Vila Real de Santo António, lasting approximately one year, allowing participants to obtain a level 5 professional qualification.
In Faro, at the Areal Gordo Vocational Training Center, three courses start in October: Specialist Technician in Physical Exercise, Multimedia Product Development, and Accounting and Management. In November, two more trainings begin at the same center: Management IT Applications and Automation, Robotics, and Industrial Control.
In Loulé, at the CACE - Ninho de Empresas hub, in the Industrial Zone, the Specialist Technician in Event Organization and Public Relations course is planned for December. In Vila Real de Santo António, the Cybersecurity course starts in October and the E-commerce course in November.
Trainees benefit from support such as meal allowance, contribution towards transportation expenses, and a professionalization grant for those who are not recipients of unemployment benefits. Applications are open at IEFP services and on the IEFP Online platform.
