Loulé hears population on future of mobility in the municipality

Barlavento15 September 2026 at 10:16

The Municipality of Loulé will hold a public session about mobility in the municipality on September 28th at 5:30 PM. The event will take place at the Municipal Library Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen and is aimed at all interested citizens.

The initiative is part of the process of developing Loulé's Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan, known by the acronym PMUS. The objective is to collect contributions and hear the population about the future of mobility in the municipality.

The session is open to participation by citizens and representative entities of civil society. This is one of the public consultation phases integrated into the development of the plan.

Why this matters

The inhabitants of Loulé have the opportunity to participate directly in defining the mobility policies of their municipality, influencing decisions that will affect the quality of life and transport in the region. This session is particularly relevant for those who use or want better sustainable transport solutions in the Algarve.
