CBRE advises Jamestown on refinancing of IDB Lisbon and Crédito Agrícola is the sole lender

CBRE, a global real estate services company, advised Jamestown on the refinancing of IDB Lisbon – Innovation & Design Building Lisbon, an iconic office and commercial building located in Parque das Nações, Lisbon. The operation was led by CBRE as exclusive financial advisor and consisted of a competitive refinancing and investment process. Crédito Agrícola replaces the original banking syndicate that financed the asset acquisition in 2021 and provides a new tranche for the continuation of the rehabilitation, consolidating all of Jamestown's debt with a single lender. The financing value was not disclosed.

IDB Lisbon has approximately 60,000 m2 of gross construction area, distributed between offices and commercial spaces, and stands out for its industrial architecture, flexible layouts, high ceilings and glass facades.
