Almodôvar Town Hall makes four plots available for housing

The Câmara de Almodôvar is proceeding with the sale of four plots of land in the Gomes Aires Municipal Housing Development, intended for the construction of single-family homes. The deadline for bidding ends on September 25.

The plots on offer have areas ranging from 298.05 m² to 344.05 m², with a maximum construction area of 168.70 m² each. The municipality states that the procedure continues the municipal strategy of making land available for housing.

The bidding bases range from 14,902.50 euros to 17,202.50 euros. The bidding will be conducted through public auction, with minimum bids of 100 euros.
