The University of Minho promotes between Thursday and Saturday the Recomeço Festival, an initiative that brings dozens of cultural activities to Braga and Guimarães. The programme runs from September 17 to 19 and includes concerts, cinema, theatre, performances, exhibitions, routes and moments of socializing.
The festival is organized in seven thematic areas and proposes different forms of participation for the academic community and the general public. The initiative aims to mark the return to in-person activities after the period of restrictions.
Braga and Guimarães host the various scheduled activities, taking advantage of the cultural spaces of the two cities where UMinho is present. The event represents an effort by the university to dynamize the cultural life of the region.
