Grupo Lince Hotels requalifies Hotel Turismo da Guarda

Turismo de Portugal signed today the lease contract for Hotel Turismo da Guarda with Grupo Lince Hotels. The hotel had been closed since October 2010, the date from which it no longer operated as a hotel unit.

Grupo Lince Hotels plans to invest between 15 and 20 million euros in the requalification of the property. This investment aims to transform the hotel into a reference establishment in the city of Guarda.
