The Federal Police delivered all data extracted from Daniel Vorcaro's phone to the offices of STF ministers Cristiano Zanin and Gilmar Mendes. Zanin's office is already analyzing the received material.
Last night, the two ministers determined in official letters that the PF immediately provide a complete copy of the ex-banker's phone, seized in Operation Compliance Zero. Zanin had set a deadline until 11 PM on Sunday, arguing there is no hierarchy among magistrates and that the evidence belongs to the full STF and its ministers, not just one specifically.
Gilmar Mendes reinforced that the material will remain under seal, highlighting that direct analysis of the media is essential to evaluate the context and any contradictions in the police report on Alexandre de Moraes.
The offensive by Gilmar and Zanin occurred after the rapporteur of the Banco Master inquiry, André Mendonça, sent an official letter to the Court president.
