The survey by the Quaest institute released this Monday (14) showed that the concern of the Brazilian voter with corruption increased for the third consecutive week, rising from 14% on September 2 to 22% this week. The growth is related to the disclosure of new information about the crisis at the Supreme Federal Court and the Master case, whose secrecy was lifted by the STF.
In the presidential dispute, the PL candidate, Flavio Bolsonaro, reduced the distance from former president Lula, of the PT. In the current survey, the senator has 31% of valid votes, while Lula appears with 36%. In the previous survey, from September 7, Lula had 36% and Flavio Bolsonaro had 29%.
In the second-round scenario, the survey indicates a technical tie, with Flavio Bolsonaro at 42% and Lula at 40%. This is the first survey since the Supreme Court lifted the secrecy of the Master case, which involves Flavio Bolsonaro's former aide, Fabricio Queiroz.
