The PAN (People-Animals-Nature) is asking the Government to create rules to protect workers from extreme heat. This request arises in the context of concerns about the risks associated with exposure to high temperatures in the workplace.
The party recommends that legislation obliges companies to implement prevention measures when identified risks related to heat exist. Among the measures suggested by PAN is the permanent availability of fresh drinking water for workers.
PAN also advocates for the creation of air-conditioned rest areas to protect workers exposed to high temperatures. These measures aim to ensure safer working conditions during periods of extreme heat.
