Crédito Agrícola launches support for SME investment until November 13

Jornal Económico14 September 2026 at 13:40

Crédito Agrícola launched an investment credit campaign aimed at Portuguese Small and Medium Enterprises, which will run until November 13. The campaign bears the tagline "Make growth your next step" and aims to support projects for modernization and strengthening the competitiveness of the business fabric.

The financing lines are intended for the acquisition or renewal of equipment and machinery, the expansion, renovation, or adaptation of facilities, factories, and warehouses, the implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability measures, decarbonization and energy transition, digitalization and process automation, or increasing production capacity.

During the campaign period, customers who use these solutions benefit from a 30% discount on the credit opening commission and waiver of the analysis commission. The offer is also complemented with protection solutions, including a 15% discount on the CA Corporate insurance premium for five years and, for CA Saúde insurance, waiver of the first monthly payment and a digital voucher between 50 and 200 euros for use on the Médis Marketplace.

Crédito Agrícola is a financial group of cooperative origin with approximately 413,000 members and more than 600 branches throughout the national territory. Detailed information about the campaign can be found on the bank's official portal and at branches.

Why this matters

Portuguese SMEs that want to invest in modernizing their businesses now have access to more favorable financial conditions until November 13, with significant savings on banking commissions. This campaign comes at a time when many companies are looking to boost competitiveness and adapt to challenges such as digital and energy transition.
