The municipality of Valença, in partnership with the Local Health Unit of Alto Minho (ULSAM), will promote on September 17th an information session dedicated to the theme "Hospital Social Services and Articulation with the Local Social Network". The initiative takes place at the Municipal Library of Valença, between 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM, and aims to strengthen the articulation between the different partners that make up the Social Network.
The session will be led by Ângela Sampaio, a social worker at ULSAM, and will address the role of Hospital Social Services, its intervention mechanisms, and the importance of articulation with existing local resources and responses. The objective is to contribute to a more integrated intervention tailored to the community's needs.
The initiative is aimed at Social Network partners, as well as other professionals and interested parties, intending to promote the sharing of knowledge and experiences among the different local entities. The event also aims to strengthen networking in the municipality of Valença.
