Ivete Sangalo was the main attraction at Palco Mundo this Sunday (13), the last day of Rock in Rio. The baiana is the most repeated artist in the festival's history, having performed in several previous editions. In the last edition, she flew over the audience suspended on steel cables, bringing new features this time for the audience present.
The artist transformed the City of Rock into a great cabaret, investing in a Latin vibe that was evident both in the costume — wearing a red dress and a rose on her neck — and in the show's projections. The setlist mixed her great hits with Spanish-language classics by Bad Bunny and Gipsy Kings.
Before the massive crowd, Ivete declared: "I have 38 years of career and I never get used to this love," while the audience seemed to forget about the rain falling over the festival. The sequence of songs included hits like "Festa," "Poeira," and "Tempo de alegria," as well as "Corazón Partío," immortalized by Alejandro Sanz.
