Quinta de Santa Maria, located in Cabanas de Viriato, in the municipality of Carregal do Sal, opened its doors yesterday for an evening dedicated to wine, gastronomy and music. The event was part of the Dão de Portas Abertas initiative, which promotes experiences related to the products of the Dão region.
Among the vineyards, participants had the opportunity to learn about a property with centuries-old history and discover the identity of the local terroir. The evening provided a complete experience that combined the senses of taste and hearing.
The event featured wine tastings from the Dão region, traditional gastronomic dishes and musical performances, thus creating a unique atmosphere for the visitors present at the estate. The Dão de Portas Abertas initiative aims precisely to bring the public closer to the producers and the terroir of the region.
