João Ratinho will take command of the Voluntary Firefighters of Évora, succeeding Rogério Santos, who ended his term this Tuesday, October 8. Santos's departure comes after reaching 65 years of age, the age limit for holding the position.
Santos led the corporation for 16 years and has 46 years of involvement with firefighters, 34 of which in command. João Ratinho was, until now, deputy commander of the Voluntary Firefighters of Évora.
