Lisboa E-Nova is organizing on September 16th a bike ride to showcase the cycling connections being built near schools, as part of the international BICI project, which has technical support from the Global Designing Cities Initiative and funding from Bloomberg Philanthropies. The event, which marks the start of European Mobility Week, includes stops at Rotunda do Relógio, schools in Olivais and ends at Rua da Prata/Praça da Figueira. In the afternoon, there will be an open conversation at Pátio da Água, with participation from Lisbon City Council, GDCI and Lisboa E-Nova, where Oeiras City Council will also be present preparing a bid for the second edition of BICI. Participation in the ride is free and requires no registration.
