The Portuguese beach football team finished in sixth place in the European League after a defeat in extra time against Belarus by 3-2.
Portugal was ahead for most of the match, managing to maintain the lead on the scoreboard until the final minutes.
The comeback happened in extra time, when Belarus managed to score two goals in the same minute, turning the result in favor of the Belarusian team.
With this defeat, Portugal could not surpass sixth position in the final classification of the European competition.
