The 19th edition of the Porto half marathon took place this Sunday through the streets of the cities of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. The race was dominated by Kenyan athletes, who secured victories in both the men's and women's categories.
In the men's competition, Owen Korir Kapkama was the great winner of the race. The Kenyan athlete achieved first place overall, standing out among all the participants in the race.
In the women's category, Naomi Chepngeno, also from Kenya, achieved victory. The athlete demonstrated Kenyan dominance in the competition, completing the podium with another Kenyan athlete.
This year's edition of the Porto half marathon was marked by the hegemony of Kenyan athletes, who occupied the top places in the rankings in both categories.
