Nurseries covered by free attendance now have a new system for applying for spots. Requests must now be made through the Social Security platform, changing the previous process.
This change applies to nurseries that are part of the free attendance scheme. The goal is to centralize and simplify the enrollment process in public or state-funded nurseries.
There is, however, an exception to this rule. In-person registrations made before April 9 remain valid and do not need to be resubmitted through the new online system.
Parents and guardians who wish to apply for a spot must therefore use Social Security as their service channel for their requests, unless they have already completed the registration in person before the indicated date.
