The Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres, today stressed the need to end global conflicts. His statements were addressed to the world leaders present at the BRICS summit.
Guterres spoke before the leaders of Russia, Iran, the United Arab Emirates and China, who are gathered at this summit taking place in India.
The meeting brings together the main world leaders, at a time when multiple conflicts continue to affect various regions of the planet, reinforcing the UN Secretary-General's call for peace.
