RC3 celebrates 319 years with Army Band concert in Estremoz

The Cavalry Regiment No. 3 (RC3) is preparing to celebrate its 319th anniversary with a concert by the Army Band, which will take place at Lago do Gadanha, in Estremoz, on September 19th, starting at 9:30 PM. The performance is integrated into the celebrations of the regiment's anniversary and, simultaneously, into the program marking the 100 years of Estremoz's elevation to city status. Entry is open to the community, with the initiative aiming to bring RC3 closer to the population of Estremoz and provide an evening of fellowship marked by music and military tradition. The concert holds special significance as it takes place in a year when Estremoz celebrates its centenary as a city, joining in the same celebration the history of the regiment and the identity of the local community.
