Alok was the only artist outside the K-pop universe among the attractions on the Mundo Stage at Rock in Rio this Friday (11). In the interview with GLOBO, the Brazilian DJ revealed that he will release a new song in partnership with a female K-pop group. He said he was very happy with the presence of groups like Stray Kids as headliners at a festival like Rock in Rio, saying it shows the power of the K-pop community.
On Saturday (12), Alok performed again at the New Dance Order, this time with the "Rave The World" project, alongside his family. The DJ brought a drone show to the City of Rock.
In the interview, Alok also talked about the challenge of adapting his show to different audiences and contexts. In August, for example, the DJ performed at the Barretos Festival, a traditional country music event.
