Russian air defenses shot down 230 Ukrainian drones on Friday night during attacks carried out against Russian territory. The attack is part of an escalation in the conflicts between the two countries.
Russian authorities also reported enemy attacks in at least three regions of the country. The attacks caused one dead and several wounded in the border region of Belgorod.
The governor of the Belgorod region, Alexander Shuvayev, confirmed on social media that at least one person died and 14 were wounded, including four minors, due to Kiev's attacks on the region.
Authorities in Samara also reported a massive attack carried out against the region, demonstrating the scope of the Ukrainian attacks that night.
