In an official communication sent to the president of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) this Friday (09/11), decano Gilmar Mendes requested that a session on the 15th also analyze a petition involving accusations against André Mendonça, current minister of Justice.
Additionally, Gilmar Mendes asked that the nullity request presented by the Attorney General's Office (PGR) regarding a Federal Police (PF) report be evaluated during the same session.
The document sent by the decano to the president of the STF aims to include these two topics on the agenda of the session scheduled for the 15th, expanding the scope of what will be discussed on that occasion.
Gilmar Mendes' request demonstrates his concern with addressing both the accusations against Mendonça and the procedural issue raised by the PGR regarding the Federal Police report.
