The k-pop day at Rock in Rio boosted the official merchandise store at the City of Rock. On Friday (11), when the musical genre took over the Palco Mundo stage for the first time in the festival's history, the venue was filled with fans seeking thematic objects from the artists who would perform. Staff reported it was the busiest day at the store.
The artists responsible for this lineup were Nexz, Hwasa and Stray Kids, in that order of performance. Nexz opened the Palco Mundo stage, followed by Hwasa, while Stray Kids closed the night, with their entrance scheduled for 00:05.
The Rock in Rio store changes available products according to the main artists of each festival day. On Friday, Stray Kids t-shirts and other items were on sale. The most purchased item by fans was the group t-shirt, costing R$ 250. In less than five minutes, it was possible to see more than 10 people simultaneously asking for the coveted product.
