The Dyson, a British company known for reinventing home appliances with high technology, launched an electric toothbrush equipped with artificial intelligence and a small camera. The device costs 479 euros and was developed to offer a "completely new" way of brushing teeth.
The product has one hundred thousand pixels, can analyze 28 images per second and has a reaction of just 100 milliseconds. The integrated camera allows detailed monitoring of the user's oral hygiene.
The company became known in recent years for transforming traditional home appliances into high-tech products, but this new foray into the oral care market has been accumulating consumer criticism. The high price of the device has been one of the main points of contention.
