Bruno Ferreira took office as parish priest of Guidões before a full parish church. The appointment was made by the bishop of Porto and determined in July.

The ceremony of taking office took place on Sunday, September 6, at a Solemn Eucharist that was attended by the local community.

Bruno Ferreira has been serving as parish priest of Santiago de Bougado for 16 years, now accumulating this new responsibility in the parish of Guidões.

The new parish priest bets on formation and involvement of young people as priorities for his leadership in the community of Guidões.
