The musical project "As Muralhas da Raia" is being presented by the author Francisco José Trindade, who uses the artistic pseudonym "FrankyDaRaya". The project aims to recover the historical heritage of the Raia region of Northern Alentejo, specifically the area of Campo Maior, Ouguela and Elvas.
During centuries, these lands were the scene of confrontations, sieges, resistance and decisive moments in the History of Portugal. The border region was marked by significant historical events that shaped the identity of the territory.
The main objective of the project is to transform this historical heritage into a contemporary musical experience, bringing the memory of the border closer to new generations through music. The author intends to use new technologies to achieve this vision.
